In this model we recruit and facilitate your virtual staff/team, but of course you direct everything they do. You do all the tasking, and give direct instructions to your virtual staff/team, just as you would with any other employee.

When your virtual staff/team arrives at work they turn on their computers and start working on whatever tasks you have set for them. It places you in direct control of your virtual staff and processes.

The benefit of using this model is that International Parallel Sourcing and its partners (vendors) do not need to know anything about your actual business processes. You don’t need to provide us with any document of the process you intend to use for your virtual team.

International Parallel Sourcing 6 Stages Process to Successful Outsourcing!

At International Parallel Sourcing, we create value for our customers by following a unique six-stage process. This process enables us to ensure the smooth transition and continuity of the outsourced project.

We help you establish the right outsourcing strategy, devise a plan to implement the strategy, and de-risk the plan to ensure success.

Stage 1 - Identifying Outsourcing Opportunities & Analysing Requirements

At this critical phase in our Service Delivery Model we start with identify outsourcing opportunities and understanding your requirements. We help you create a Requirements Analysis Plan, which includes:

  • HR Plan – Recruitment, headcount and positions that need to be filled, detailed job descriptions, and training & development.
  • Office space, infrastructure, technology, remote management & contact management tools (networking, connectivity, integration of technologies, servers & workflow systems), technical support, tools, and other resources.
  • Professional environment, corporate structure, HR management (including payroll & performance management), operations support, and project management services.
  • Risk parameters (security, confidentiality, IP and cultural barriers) and de-risking strategies (plans, systems, technologies, infrastructure, tools, procedures, undertakings…….).

After analysing, the Requirement Analysis Plan is validated and signed off by the client so that there is no room for deviation from customer’s requirements and the actual delivery of resources.

Once the client is happy with all particulars a vendor seeking request form is signed.

Stage 2 - Global vendor seeking, pricing & signing of agreements

We pass on your outsourcing requirements to our 750 pre-qualified offshore vendors from the Philippines, India, Pakistan, China, Thailand, Kenya, Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia and Mexico. Each interested vendor provides us with a quotation.

International Parallel Sourcing sources only the most efficient and competitive vendors in each category, with truly world-class virtual talent and resources.

We supply you with multiple quotes (up to 5) from our shortlisted vendors. Each quotation comes with a detailed service proposal and vendor’s profile.

You make the decision of which vendor/service proposal best meet your requirements.

Prices and terms & conditions are negotiated & confirmed.

Agreements are signed – Contract and other agreements are signed between 2 Australian companies (you and International Parallel Sourcing), and almost identical contract and other agreements are signed between International Parallel Sourcing and the offshore vendor.


The standard agreement includes:

  • Outsourcing requirements & solutions (including detailed job descriptions).
  • Resources requirements -
    • Staffing – Recruitment process, headcounts and positions that need to be filled, and Training & Development.
    • Office space, infrastructure, technology, remote management & contact management tools (networking, connectivity, integration of technologies, servers & workflow systems), technical support, tools and other requirements.
  • Professional environment, corporate structure, HR management (including payroll & performance management), operations support, and project management services.
  • Various KPI’s and other Quality Control tools and methods.
  • Risk parameters (security, confidentiality, IP and cultural barriers) and de-risking strategies (plans, systems, technologies, infrastructure, tools, procedures, undertakings…….).
  • Payments.
  • Standard terms and conditions.

Stage 3 - Preparing for the pilot project – Resources Allocation/ Acquisition

Required virtual staffs are recruited and trained.

Required office space, infrastructure, remote management & contact management tools (networking, connectivity, integration of technologies, servers & workflow systems), technology, technical support, security/confidentiality/IP (plans/systems/technologies/infrastructure/tools/procedures/undertakings/…….), tools and other resources are allocated/acquired.

Pilot project kick-off meeting take place to ensure we are on the same page as the client.

Stage 4 - Executing the pilot project

A pilot project is carried out on a small scale. Results are analysed, feedbacks are sought and any necessary changes are implemented to meet your requirements and approach.

Once happy with the results, the client approves the project to move forward.

Stage 5 - Preparing for the project expansion – Resources Allocation/ Acquisition

This is an expansion of stage 3.

Project kick-off meeting take place to ensure we are on the same page as the client.

Stage 6 - Execution (Expanding the Project)

This is an expansion of stage 4.

Results are analysed and feedbacks are sought on an ongoing basis.

1.Your Team

Your team consist of your Virtual Staff:

Virtual Staff - An individual or a team member hired by the offshore vendor and based in the offshore vendor’s office to work on your tasks/project. Takes direct instructions from you.

2. Human Resource

Provides Human Resource Management services such as staff recruitment, induction, training & development, training & development facilitation, performance, motivation, absenteeism and payroll.

3. IT Services

Provides technology, remote management & contact management tools (networking, connectivity, integration of technologies, servers & workflow systems), technical support, technical training (including remote management & contact management training).

4. Project & Operations Management

Provides on the ground project management and operations support. It ensures all regulatory requirements; KPIs and quality standards are met.

5. Vendor’s Senior Management

Oversees day-to-day operation of its centre; deals with offshore red tape associated with outsourcing; and is responsible for acquiring office space, infrastructure, technology and other resources.

6. You (The Customer)

You run and manage your own processes. You do all the tasking, give direct instructions to your virtual staff/team and might be required to take some training & development responsibilities.

International Parallel Sourcing & its independent offshore representatives facilitate the entire outsourcing process and work as a bridge between you (the client) and the offshore vendor.

We identify outsourcing opportunities for your business, analyse requirements, seek vendors, negotiate agreements, manage vendors, provide expert advice, local and offshore support, cultural management, productivity focus, additional quality control and project management.

We might also provide or help to acquire infrastructure, technology, technical support, technical training, experts, professionals and other resources otherwise not accessible to you or the offshore vendor. It is impossible to price all outsourcing services/projects the same. The exact price depends on project shape (delivery model), project type, project size, your requirements, your goals, processes, virtual talent quality, office space, technology, infrastructure and management.

International Parallel Sourcing will provide you up to 5 quotes from its offshore vendors and you make the decision of which vendor meet your requirements and price expectations.
