In this model International Parallel Sourcing and/or its offshore vendor will own the virtual captive centre but you can implement and reflect your existing branding and organisational culture as you deep fit to adopt. This is possible because this model allows you to place your own staff at our offshore office just to oversee the transfer of knowledge and processes, conduct the selection and training of staff, and manage working function of the centre. The virtual captive centre will consist of all the right resources such as virtual staff/team, HR management (including payroll & performance management), office space, infrastructure, technology, remote management & contact management tools (networking, connectivity, integration of technologies, servers & workflow systems), technical support, security/confidentiality/IP (plans/systems/technologies/undertakings), tools, and other resources; PLUS corporate structure, professional environment, operations support and project management services to successfully run and manage your back office tasks. These resources are owned by International Parallel Sourcing and/or its offshore vendors, however you can also retain some ownership of some of these properties.
This model also allows you to have more say about your required resources, such as a segregated office space, layout of your office space, type of furniture, customised security system, customised/separate servers, customised/separate networking & connectivity, staff pay, staff entertainment, etc.
